Before you apply

Can you apply?

You're eligible if

Enrolled at a Ghanaian tertiary institution with active GTEC accreditation
In at least your second year of study
Applying on the open national track, or nominated by your institution

Final-year students and recent graduates may be included as capacity allows. Selection uses institution caps and transparent tie-breakers, so no single institution or region dominates.

Getting in

Two ways in, one standard

Both tracks converge into the same rubric-scored pipeline — so reach is wide and access is fair.

Institution referral

Partner universities nominate candidates using a standardized rubric, within a fair nomination cap.

Open national application

Any eligible student from an accredited institution can apply directly — same prompts, same scoring.

Not a talk show

You don't leave empty-handed

Three completed artifacts, submitted through the summit platform — the difference between inspiration and action capacity.

A 12-month plan

A North Star, three measurable goals, habits, and a week-by-week first 30 days.

A micro-project charter

A personal, scoped 90-day project for a real community, with KPIs and an evidence plan.

An accountability pod

A small group and a contract — meeting cadence, what you track, and how you support each other.

The experience

A live, high-energy broadcast

A national online stage, streamed so students anywhere in Ghana can take part — with live practice, not just passive viewing.

Keynote Sessions

Prominent leaders and innovators share candid insights, live online.

Panel Discussions

Industry experts debate each sub-theme in depth.

Networking Rooms

Build meaningful connections with speakers and peers, virtually.

Pitch Showcase

Aspiring entrepreneurs present and win support.

After the summit

Optional: go further

Most participants finish the summit with what they came for. If you want to pursue the fellowship, you can opt into the Leadership Bootcamp: an 8–12 week online course at 4–6 hours a week, and the test of resolve on the road to the 100.
