Stage 3 · The 100

The Fellowship

The deep end of WIWIK 100. One hundred fellows, selected on evidence, developed over 18 months — with a mentor beside them the whole way.

The inaugural cohort is being formed now.

Getting in

Selected on the bootcamp

Fellowship selection happens at the close of the bootcamp — so we choose on how you actually showed up, not just what you said.

1

Complete the bootcamp

The 8–12 week online course is the gateway — every fellowship candidate comes through it.

2

Performance record

Attendance, participation, and scored deliverables become the primary evidence for selection.

3

Structured interview

Standardized questions and anchored scoring, with a clear passing threshold.

The Programme

Five modules

Each combines practice, feedback, and reinforcement — and ends in a portfolio artifact.

Choose a track

Three pathways

Fellows declare a focus, and the programme tailors around it.

Career readiness

For fellows aiming to enter the workforce strong and credible.

Public leadership

For those drawn to service, policy, and community institutions.

Entrepreneurship

For builders turning a real problem into a venture with traction.

How fellows are chosen

The selection scorecard

Weighted to reward demonstrated commitment — via the bootcamp — above all else.

The road to the 100 starts at the summit

There's no direct fellowship application — every fellow enters at the virtual summit and earns their place through the bootcamp.
